Company Voluntary Arrangement

A Company Voluntary Arrangement or ‘CVA’ is a deal between your business and its creditors which allows your debts to be paid back over an extended period of time, relieving pressure so you can get your business back on track.

You, as company directors, remain in control of your company and are able to trade out of your current financial problems having time to address the issues which caused the struggles in the first place.

A CVA is the best rescue tool for a company that is capable of being successful going forward but is currently suffering from historic debt or cashflow issues

A CVA can help you:

  • improve your cash flow quickly

  • stop the threat of a winding up petition

  • it can stop pressure from tax, VAT and PAYE while the company voluntary arrangement is being prepared

  • cut costs as employees can be made redundant

  • all money owed to creditors can be wrapped up into one affordable monthly payment

  • terminate onerous customer/supplier contracts

  • your board and shareholders remain in control of the company

  • terminate property lease obligations and vacate premises

We will work with you to understand your company’s debt levels; we will then establish a level of debt you can afford to pay back. This will be based on affordability and we will help you look at your cash flow to work this out. Contact us now for a free initial consultation.
